HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
When the item is received, you have 15 days to contact us to return the unused merchandise. Used merchandise will not be issued a refund or credit. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Please send us an email at info@lipswilltalk.com or fill out the form on the contact page!
WHEN I MAKE A RETURN, WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
For unused merchandise, returns made within the date range specified in our return & exchange policy, you will be refunded the full value of your order, minus the original shipping charges.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO COME THROUGH?
Please allow us approximately 10-14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How do I anxiously track my order?
After your items have been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email (24-48hrs after purchase). If you have not received this email after 48hrs, please contact us at info@lipswilltalk.com.
Do I have options (cause we all like options)?
US and Canada orders are sent using Canada Post Expedited parcel (10 business days to deliver). International orders are sent by Canada Post Small Packet Air (around 14 business days to deliver) and do not include a tracking number past Canadian borders.
